North Title O&E Report will include the owner’s name, a legal description along with a name search for liens, judgements and any unreleased loans. (The O&E Report is not insurance or a title examination).\
O&E Reports pricing varies by county, the average price is roughly $100 but will range from as little as $50 and upwards to $250 depending on the location of the property. Reports are turned within 24-48 hours when received prior to 3PM, excluding weekends.
